Mango Dragon Fruit Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
Makes 2 Smoothies:
- 1 cup Frozen dragon fruit chunks
- 1 cup Frozen mango chunks
- ½ Cup Frozen Strawberries
- 3/4 cup Pineapple juice Substitute: Dairy or Nondairy alternative
- 2 Tbsps Greek yogurt
- Optional: Protein powder
Instructions
- First, start out with making the mango portion: add the pineapple juice, mango, and Greek yogurt to the blender.
- Blend the ingredients together until you get the consistency you like. Pour the smoothie in a cup and set aside.
- Next, prepare the dragon fruit portion: add the pineapple juice, frozen dragon fruit, strawberries, and Greek yogurt to the blender.
- Add the cover to the blender and blend the ingredients until it reaches the consistency that you like.
- Prepare your cups: Add your favorite yogurt to line the cup. Layer the smoothie with both mixtures until serving cups are full.
