Juicy, tender pork kabobs that are baked to perfection! The flavor is amazing, and the lemongrass butter sauce is perfect for basting these bad boys to perfection. The olive oil, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper are used to season and marinate the pork to immaculate flavor. Basting and finishing the pork kabobs off with the lemongrass butter sauce just takes this pork recipe up a notch. But please don’t skip out on the Greek yogurt. It helps to tenderize the meat while marinating.

Tips:
- For this recipe you can use Boneless Pork chops, tenderloin or Cutlets. Just cut the meat into chunks.
- Remember to soak the wooden skewers for 25 to 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- You can make these kabobs in the oven. Bake at 375°F to 400°F. (Cooking time will vary)
- Throughout the cooking time I like to baste the meat with the lemongrass butter sauce. Make sure you baste both sides of the pork skewers.
- Note: The cooking time may vary, so make sure the pork is fully cooked before serving. Check with a thermometer if you’re unsure about doneness.
- Also, you can make these pork kabobs in an air fryer or you can fire up the grill.
- When cooking pork, make sure it’s fully cooked before serving.

Lemongrass Pork Kabob Recipe
Ingredients
Method
- Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Clean & prep the pork beforehand. Cut into chunks and add meat to a large bowl.
- Add the Greek yogurt, olive oil, Sea salt, Seasoned black pepper, Cumin, Oregano, Onion powder, & Garlic powder.
- Mix everything together until the meat is well coated. Marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F to 380°F.
- Thread the pork chunks onto the skewers and place on a greased wire rack cooking pan.
- Place the pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the lemongrass butter sauce.
- In a bowl, Melt or soften some butter to room temperature. Add a pinch of seasoned black pepper and roasted garlic & herb, squeeze some of the lemongrass paste & squeeze fresh lemon juice. Mix everything together until well combined.
- After 20 minutes take the pork skewers out the oven and baste with the lemongrass butter sauce.
- Place bake in the oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Then Take out and baste a second time.
- Next, Broil the pork skewers until browned and a little crisp for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Note: The cooking time may vary, so make sure the pork is fully cooked before serving. Check with a thermometer if unsure about doneness.
- Remove from oven and serve pork skewers with a Cucumber dip or Tzatziki dip. Enjoy!
