Lemon Pepper Salmon Recipe

Lemon Pepper Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 Salmon fillets
- ½ Lemon
- 2 to 3 tbsp Butter (Alternative: olive oil)
- ⅓ tsp Nature’s Seasoning Blend
- 1 to 2 tsp Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- ½ tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder Seasoning
Instructions
- Clean & rinse the salmon fillets under cold water. Pat dry salmon fillets with paper towel.
- Season the salmon fillets with the spices listed above.
- Make sure to rub the spices into the salmon fillets, and don’t forget to season the sides of the salmon fillets as well.
- Next, melt about 2 to 3 Tbs of butter over medium-high heat in a skillet.
- Once the skillet becomes hot, place the salmon fillets flesh side down.
- Sear the salmon for 3 to 4 minutes on one side.
- Flip the salmon fillets over and sear the other side for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
- Next, take 1/2 of a lemon and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fish.
- Serve salmon fillets over a nice salad, rice, or your favorite veggies. Enjoy!
