Delicious Chicken Garden Salad Recipe:
Easy pan seared chicken breast that has lots of flavor. This juicy chicken recipe turns out perfect all the time. Pan searing the chicken breast in olive oil is an excellent way to cook the chicken, especially when your short on time and want something quick to eat. A cheaper alternative to chicken breast would be boneless chicken thighs; but nonetheless your chicken will come out extremely tasty.
The combination of the Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse seasoning & McCormick Grill Mates Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning brings out the amazing flavor of this chicken breast. Place this delicious chicken on a bed of garden salad and you have yourself a nice meal. For this recipe I chopped up some onion, tomato, and cucumber- but feel to add whatever veggies your heart desires. And if you want to- throw in your favorite croutons.
This is an amazing chicken salad recipe and great for those that want something healthy. I used a mixture of different salad blends for my salad. I combined some Romaine lettuce with the American salad blend, but you can use spinach and kale as well.

Delicious Chicken Garden Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breast (Or boneless chicken thighs)
- 1 Tbs Olive oil
- 2 tsp Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse seasoning
- 1 tsp McCormick Grill Mates Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- 1/8 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 small Onion (chopped)
- 1 small Tomato (chopped)
- 1 small Cucumber (chopped)
- Salad (I used a mixture of romaine lettuce & American salad blend)
- Salad Dressing of your choice (Recommend: Balsamic Vinegar)
Instructions
- Clean & prep your veggies beforehand. Chop up the tomato, cucumber, and onion.
- Prepare the salad and add the chopped veggies to your salad blend of choice.
- Toss all the ingredients together.
- Place in the fridge and set aside for later.
- Clean & prep your chicken breast, then pat dry with a paper towel.
- Drizzle some of the olive oil over the chicken.
- Season the chicken with the dry ingredients
- Rub the seasonings onto the chicken & allow it to marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
- On medium-high heat, add the rest of the olive oil to a skillet.
- Once the skillet is hot add the chicken breast.
- Allow the chicken breast to cook on one side for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Then, flip the chicken breast over and continue to cook an additional 5 to 7 more minutes.
- Note: cooking time will vary, and it’s based on the thickness of the meat.
- Note: *****cook until temperature reach 165°F.
- Once the chicken has been fully cooked, remove from the pan.
- You may slice the chicken into bite size pieces.
- Add the chicken breast to the salad blend and serve with your favorite dressing. (Optional: I used balsamic vinegar).
