Crispy Chicken Tenders Recipe

The Best Crispy Chicken Tenders Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Ib Chicken tenderloins
- 3 cups Oil (Vegetable, Peanut or Canola)
- 1 tsp Montreal Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- 1 ½ tsp Chef Paul’s Poultry seasoning
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Dash Salt-Free Lemon black pepper
- ¾ tsp Paprika
- 1 ½ Cup Flour
- ¼ Cup Cornstarch
- French’s yellow mustard (Add enough mustard to coat all the tenders)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl or container add the flour and cornstarch. Season the flour mixture with the spices, mix the ingredients together, and set the flour to the side.
- Clean & prep your chicken beforehand. Pat dry the chicken with a paper towel.
- Place the chicken into a large bowl and add a decent coating of the French’s yellow mustard.
- Season the chicken generously with the spices. Rub the seasonings into the chicken tenders.
- Optional: Allow the tenders to marinate for at least 10 to 30 minutes.
- Coat the tenderloins in the seasoned flour & shake off the excess flour.
- In a frying pan, add the oil and allow it to get hot.
- Once the oil is ready, add a few chicken tenderloins to the oil.
- Fry the chicken tenders in batches. Do not overcrowd the pan.
- Allow the tenders to cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Once the chicken has cooked completely through, remove the tenders from the pan and drain on paper towel.
- Continue to cook the chicken in batches until all tenders have been fried.
- Serve tenders with French fries and your favorite dipping sauce.
