Thinly sliced steak is well-seasoned and pan seared until it’s perfectly browned. Seasoned with steakhouse sauce & a couple of spices, allow the steak to marinate a few minutes. These breakfast steak tacos are full of flavor and take little effort to make.
Everyone will love them, and it will become a family favorite. Make your morning breakfast delicious with ease. These yummy street style tacos are filled with steak, eggs, veggies and cheese. Great for a weekend breakfast, lunch or even dinner. Either way- the whole family will enjoy them!

Easy Breakfast Steak Tacos Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Ib sirloin or ribeye steak (Thinly sliced)
- 1 small green bell pepper (sliced)
- 4 to 6 Street Tortillas (Corn or flour)
- 1/2 Tbs Olive oil
- 1 tbs Butter
- 4 Tbs Steak sauce
- 1/8 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tsp Seasoned Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 4 Eggs
- Splash of Half & half
Toppings for tacos: Cheddar cheese (shredded), guacamole, salsa, ketchup, hot sauce or your favorite taco toppings.
Instructions
- On medium heat in a skillet, heat up the tortillas for a few seconds on each side.
- Then remove the tortillas from the skillet and set aside for later.
- Tip: To keep the tortillas warm- use a tortilla warmer or wrap the tortillas in foil, then stick them in the oven.
- Cut the steak into thin slices, then place the meat in a medium bowl to season.
- Drizzle the olive oil over your steak.
- Season the meat with the Steak sauce, Garlic Salt, Seasoned Black Pepper, Onion Powder, and Garlic Powder.
- Allow the meat to marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
- On medium high heat add some butter to a skillet and allow it to melt.
- Add the steak to the skillet and sauté for 4 to 8 minutes.
- Note: Cooking time will vary and is based on preference.
- For medium-rare the thermometer should be 145 degrees Fahrenheit or until desired doneness
- Once the steak is almost done, push the steak to one side of the skillet.
- In the same skillet, add the chopped bell peppers and sauté for about 3 minutes or until tender.
- Prepare the scrambled eggs by cracking the eggs in a small or medium bowl.
- Add a splash of half & half or milk. Beat the eggs with a fork/whisk.
- On medium heat, melt some butter in a different skillet to cook the eggs.
- Add the eggs to the skillet and cook the eggs properly.
- Once the eggs are done, season with salt and black pepper for taste. (Optional: You may add your favorite cheese like cheddar, Parmesan, or mozzarella to the scrambled eggs).
- Next, prepare the tacos. Divide and spoon the eggs into the tortillas.
- Divide the steak and bell pepper filling among the tortillas.
- Add your favorite toppings on top of your tacos.
- Toppings: shredded Cheese, guacamole, salsa, ketchup, hot sauce or your favorite taco toppings.
- Serve while hot. Enjoy!
