Oven Pot Roast Recipe

One of my favorite dishes to cook for a nice Sunday dinner is a savory oven pot roast. I enjoy cooking a home cooked meal of my flavorful and tender pot roast recipe, with a side of mash potatoes and some veggies. And we can’t forget to add some warm butter dinner rolls on the side as well.

My oven pot roast recipe is a must try and should be in your archives! The aroma from the spices will have the whole house smelling so good. The meat is baked in the oven for 3 hours to deliver that tender melt in your mouth pot roast. Everyone will love this dish and be looking to have a second plate afterwards.

Not only is this pot roast tender and moist, but the gravy is game changer. One of the best things about this recipe is the incredible gravy, it tastes so good. This is a simple pot roast recipe to follow, and you will be pleased you gave it a try. Enjoy!
