Yummy Breakfast Sausage Scramble Recipe

This delicious sausage breakfast scramble is filled with onions, a variety of bell peppers, and topped off with a nice layer of shredded cheddar cheese. This recipe doesn’t take much effort or require a lot of time.
Don’t hesitate to make adjustments and be versatile with this dish. You can substitute the sausage for bacon or turkey bacon. If you want to omit meat and overload on more veggies- by all means do so! It’s about having fun in the kitchen and good eating. Take it up a notch and add some mushrooms to make it a veggie scramble.

Cheesy Breakfast Sausage Scramble Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 4 to 6 Sausage links
- 2 tsp Butter
- Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Onion
- Salt & Pepper (For taste)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Clean and prep the veggies. Slice the veggies into smaller pieces, then set aside.
- In a skillet on medium high heat, cook the sausage links according to package instructions.
- Once the sausage is fully cooked, set aside.
- On medium high heat, in a different skillet add some butter and allow it to melt.
- Add the veggies & sauté for 2 to 4 minutes.
- In a small bowl, add the eggs and whisk the eggs together.
- Then in the same pan as the veggies, add the eggs, some shredded cheese & allow the eggs to cook properly
- Once the eggs are done, add the cooked sausage on top and more cheese. Allow the cheese to melt. Enjoy!
