- First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Next, season the chicken with poultry seasoning, black pepper and salt.
- In a small bowl add the honey, balsamic vinegar, oregano, and stir everything together.
- Then place the chicken in an aluminum foil-lined baking pan or dish. (Aluminum foil is optional, it just makes clean up easy).
- Coat or brush both sides of the chicken with the honey balsamic glaze mixture.
- Place the baking pan in the oven @ 350 degrees.
- Roast the chicken for about 1 hour and 20 minutes or until the chicken is done. (Cooking time may vary)
- Remember to baste the chicken at least twice throughout the cooking time.
- Once the chicken has cooked completely through and is done, remove from the oven. (You may use a thermometer to check for doneness, chicken is done at 165 degrees)
- Serve with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
