Honey Glazed Balsamic Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ib Chicken
  • cup Honey
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • tsp Salt (Optional)
  • 1 tsp Chef Paul's Poultry Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Next, season the chicken with poultry seasoning, black pepper and salt.
  • In a small bowl add the honey, balsamic vinegar, oregano, and stir everything together.
  • Then place the chicken in an aluminum foil-lined baking pan or dish. (Aluminum foil is optional, it just makes clean up easy).
  • Coat or brush both sides of the chicken with the honey balsamic glaze mixture.
  • Place the baking pan in the oven @ 350 degrees.
  • Roast the chicken for about 1 hour and 20 minutes or until the chicken is done. (Cooking time may vary)
  • Remember to baste the chicken at least twice throughout the cooking time.
  • Once the chicken has cooked completely through and is done, remove from the oven. (You may use a thermometer to check for doneness, chicken is done at 165 degrees)
  • Serve with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
