- Mix everything together until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Note: You can store the butter in a covered container in the refrigerator for a few days to 1 week.
Hibachi Veggies:
- In a skillet or wok, over medium high heat add the oil and allow it to get hot. Add the zucchini, onion, squash, & stir.
- Season the veggies for taste, add the garlic butter & sauté the veggies until tender (about 3 to 5 minutes) Once the veggies are done- set aside.
Hibachi Fried Rice:
- Over medium high heat Add the oil to a wok or skillet and allow it to get hot.
- Next Add the onion, peas & carrots and sauté for 1 minute. Add fresh garlic, green onions, cooked scrambled eggs & rice, sauté for a few seconds.
- Drizzle in the soy sauce, fried rice seasoning, oyster sauce (Omit oyster sauce if you’re allergic to shellfish).
- Toss everything together until the rice is warm.
- Finish the rice off by adding in the garlic butter & more green onions, stir the rice until butter is melted. Do a taste test & make any adjustments if needed.
Hibachi Shrimp:
- Clean & devein the shrimp, place in a bowl. Season the shrimp to your liking & set aside.
- In a skillet over medium high heat- add the oil & butter. Once the butter melts, add your seasoned shrimp.
- Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and allow the shrimp to cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- In the last few seconds of cooking time squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp. Optional: you can add a small drizzle of soy sauce for extra flavor.

Prep the lobster tails:
- Using kitchen shears cut down the center of top of each tail down to the base. Next grab each side of the shell, be careful not to break the shell.
- Lift the meat out of the shell and gently pry the shell away from the meat, leaving the meat at the base of the tail attached. Squeeze the shell together to close the gap and lay the meat on top of the shell.
Garlic Butter Lobster:
- Preheat the oven to broil. Set the lobster tails on a baking sheet with a wire rack.
- Season with the Kinder’s buttery steakhouse seasoning and paprika. Add a coating of the garlic butter sauce.
- Place on the middle rack in the oven and cook for 8 to 12 minutes or until the lobster is fully cooked.
- Tip: Baste the lobster tails with the garlic butter at least one or two times throughout the cooking time.
- Once the lobster is done the meat will be opaque & lightly browned. Serve with fresh lemon wedges & more garlic butter sauce.
