Succulent juicy chicken thighs basted with a sticky honey garlic sauce with a hint of fresh lemon juice and lemon pepper seasoning. I absolutely love this chicken recipe! It’s the perfect recipe on those nights when I’m super busy. Especially when I want to prepare something tasty in a short amount of time, with minimal kitchen work. For this recipe, I like to use bone-in chicken thighs but feel free to use boneless chicken thighs as well. But keep in mind that the cooking time will vary, and don’t hesitate to use a thermometer to check for doneness.
For this recipe, I allowed my chicken to marinate. You can marinate the chicken for 30 minutes to 1 hour and allow all those delicious spices/seasonings to seep into the chicken. When I prepare this dish, it’s nice for me to prep and season the chicken the night before. This allows the chicken flavors to enhance overnight and be more flavorful. The chicken is fall of the bone & Just finger licking good! I seasoned the meat with onion powder, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning and seasoned black pepper. This combination of spices is such a great hit for some flavorful chicken thighs. You won’t be disappointed with this baked chicken recipe.
