Bacon & Eggs Bagel Sandwich Recipe
Smokey bacon & cheesy scrambled eggs stuffed in a toasted buttery bagel!
I absolutely love a good breakfast & I can truly appreciate a good breakfast sandwich. This loaded breakfast sandwich will keep you full & hold you over until it’s lunch time. A simple but delicious breakfast sandwich that has endless possibilities for customization!
This satisfying bacon & eggs bagel is full of flavor and so yummy. Serve this bagel sandwich with a cup of orange juice or with your morning cup of coffee. And if you want to make this a complete meal, you can serve this sandwich with a side of tater tots and/or a bowl of fresh fruit. Plus, you can add your favorite breakfast sauce to top your bagel sandwich. Some breakfast sauces you may like are chipotle mayo, hot sauce, ketchup, etc.

Bacon & Eggs Bagel Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Bagels
- 6 Slices Bacon or Turkey Bacon
- 4 Eggs
- Splash of Half & Half or Milk (Makes scrambled eggs fluffy)
- Cheese (shredded or sliced)
- Salt (For taste)
- Pepper (For taste)
- Optional: Fruit salad (side dish)
- Optional: Tater tots (side dish)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium high heat, add the bacon slices.
- Fry the bacon slices until the bacon is properly or fully cooked. Be sure to flip the bacon throughout the cooking time.
- Once the bacon is done, remove from the skillet and drain on paper towel.
- In a small bowl, crack the eggs & add a splash of half and half or milk.
- Whisk the eggs and half & half together until well combined.
- Over medium high heat add some butter or cooking spray to a skillet or frying pan.
- Once the pan is hot, pour in the eggs.
- Allow the eggs to set for a few seconds without stirring.
- Use a spatula to gently push the eggs from one end of the pan to the other. Continue this process, pausing in between swipes to allow the uncooked eggs to settle & cook.
- Once the eggs are almost done- Add the shredded cheese & mix that in.
- Remove from heat & set aside.
- Next, toast your bagel. You can toast it in the toaster or toast stove top.
- To toast the bagel stove top- just add some butter (or cooking spray) to a skillet and allow it to melt.
- Add the bagel slices. Toast a minute or two on one side, then flip over and toast the other side.
- Next, build your bagel sandwich.
- Add the cooked eggs, bacon, then slices of cheese and allow the cheese to melt.
- Remove from skillet & serve your bagel sandwich with tater tots or/and fresh sliced fruit. Enjoy!
