Apple Grapefruit Juice Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Gala Apples
  • 2 Grapefruit
  • 2 Oranges
  • Small Piece of Ginger

Method
 

  1. Clean & prep the fruit beforehand. Remove any seeds & discard.
  2. Once the fruit has been prepped, place in the juicer and allow it to juice.
  3. Note: Follow the manufacturer instructions for your specific juicer.
  4. ****Tip: You may use a blender for this recipe as well. Just remove the seeds from the fruits. Place all the ingredients in the blender with a small amount of liquid (water) and blend.
  5. Next, use a strainer to remove any excess pulp.
  6. Add ice to your serving cups & pour fresh juice into cups. Enjoy!
  7. Note: you can store the fresh juice into air tight mason jars for up to 3 days.
