Instructions
- First, rim the cocktail glasses.
- Salting a Rim:
- Run a lime wedge along the rim of the glass cups. (Tip: Keep the glass upside down to avoid the lime liquid from running down in the sides)
- Pour some salt or a flavored cocktail rimming salt blend on a plate. Dip the rim of your glass into the salt or hold the glass at an angle and slowly spin the glass through the salt- coating the rim glass.
- Set the glass aside before pouring cocktail. This allows the salt to set/dry along the glass rim.
- Clean/prep fresh slices of watermelon and lemon for muddling and place into cocktail shaker.
- Pour in the strawberry infused syrup and fresh lemon juice. Use a muddler to infuse the flavors of the fruit.
- Pour in the liquor, fresh watermelon juice, and ice chips.
- Place the top on the cocktail shaker and shake until cold.
- Tip: If you like your drinks on the rock, just add a few ice chips to your serving cup before pouring the cocktails.
- Pour the watermelon lemon drop cocktail into the rimmed glasses.
- Garnish with fresh lime, lemon, or strawberry slices. Enjoy!
